Are the artworks original or prints?

What is the difference between paper and canvas prints?

Paper prints are ideal for framing behind glass, while canvas prints are ready to hang and mimic the texture of an original painting.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes—many of our prints can be resized. Just contact us for options.

Framing

Do you offer framing?

Yes, framing is optional and available for most canvas prints.

Can I order the print unframed?

Absolutely. All prints are available unframed if you prefer to use your own frame.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to addresses within the UK.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom framing may take slightly longer. We don’t keep a stock so every purchase is made to order. If you need any more detailed information on this please contact us.

How is the artwork packaged?

We use professional packaging to ensure your artwork arrives safely and ready to display.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for unframed prints within 14 days. Custom-framed and original pieces are final sale unless damaged.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage—we’ll replace or refund it immediately.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Not at this time. We believe in delivering tangible, high-quality artwork that lasts.
